The Oyo hotel experience was a nightmare. The room looked nothing like the pictures – it was tiny, dirty, and smelled strange. The bed was uncomfortable, and the linens seemed like they hadn't been changed in weeks. The staff was unhelpful and unfriendly, making the overall stay a regrettable choice. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy. if zero stars was available i would have given zero.

it's written on the website that breakfast will be included... but there was no such thing.. when I asked the receptionist he said there is no such thing in our hotel... they lie on the website to lure people but the reality is different and the bathroom is also not cleaned properly and the tap was not working.. there was no telephone in the room, so if we needed something we have to go the reception again and again to ask for it .. and the wifi was also not working... it was a horrible experience overall.. and the hotel is too expensive according to the facilities 😮‍💨

I had booked a room via oyo. I went there to check out the room after confirming we went to the reception & told him that we are taking the room but within few seconds he confirmed the booking & asked me to pay via cash as online payment was showing 100-200 INR less. After confrontation he admitted that he did this deliberately so that I cannot pay online also he was very rude & non apologetic as if it's the only room available across indore. Later after discussion with OYO customer support I had cancelled this booking on the Spot. Also I would suggest not to stay at this hotel your entire experience won't be nice.
