It is a 3 star regular building hotel located in a crowded road. The room area is okay, the views are terrible. The service is terrible so if you have any care about hygiene, do not come here. The bed covers were dusty and stained! The cleaning guy used an apparently dirty cloth to clean the floor, which was and remained not clean, then took the trash then and without hands washing, he took the cups and washed them somewhere and brought them back grabing them with fingers inside and dripping water !!🤢 The reception guy is not professional or friendly. All in all, I do not recommend this hotel at all.

Location wise the room is good. Support staff were very helpful as well. However there is no food or room service. water filter or RO is not available, you have to buy mineral water only. Even after paying half of total bill as advance and telling that we will pay the balance amount at check out (because water bill will be added), the front desk manager kept on asking for the balance amount 4 times a day as if we will leave the hotel without paying. Did not expect such rude behaviour in the hospitality industry.
