Booked the banquet hall for an event. The place was very neat and clean. Food was delicious. Our every single friends and relatives enjoyed too much. Had a great experience with their hospitality. The staff was very polite and friendly, especially Mr. Amit (hotel manager) who managed our whole event and took care of our every guests and our every single needs. Thanks for your wonderful hospitality. You all made our event fantastic.

We had a wonderful experience at Cardinal express. Everything about the hotel was exceptional. Every staff member we encountered, from the valet to the check- in to the cleaning staff were delightful and eager to help! They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. We highly recommend it :)

I had spent 3 nights at Cardinal hotel and I had a tremendous stay. Very convenient and beautiful property. The food was delicious and staff was very welcoming. It's very hard to find a quality hotel at there prices and it was worth every penny. I would definitely recommend and visit again in future.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! The staff was incredibly accommodating and allowed us to extend our stay in the suite, which was spacious and comfortable. We also booked a suite room for a soiree with friends, and it was the perfect setting for a memorable evening. The highlight of our stay was dining at Jharokha. The food was not only delicious but also offered a wide variety of options. We didn't feel the need to order from outside or visit other restaurants during our stay. The convenience and quality of the in-house dining were exceptional. The hotel's location is another plus, as it's close to the airport and easily accessible from most places in Delhi NCR. This made our travel plans seamless and stress-free. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable stay, excellent food, and convenience in terms of location. It exceeded our expectations, and we look forward to returning in the future!

Update: After sending email on official email id that they mentioned in there reply, I got no response from Cardinal Express yet after a week. There was no need to do formalities replying on comments if you are not taking responsibility of your actions even when user want to discuss on official email. Wasted a whole day just because if you book cab from inside this hotel it will go back side with no accessibility from hotel. No one bother to tell the same in beginning but yet good to laugh on this point when we were struggling to book our last ride. When asked for help, they quote 1500 INR for a 24km car trip with only 1 big and 2 small baggage with 2 passenger. Almost missed my train end of the day due to this. Room were moderately clean and bedding had strains. Food is overpriced and buffet timings are not as being told. Not recommend to anyone. Also, from no where, we were asked to switch our room in the middle of our stay just because they want to do some construction fixes in room. Overall not a good experience and not recommended to anyone.
