The service is the worst. They told food will be served in half an hour but we were made to wait for more than an hour for lunch but it was not served. So we had to leave without eating. The restaurant manager doesn’t have any time to even reply to your queries. The waiters don’t have any time to take orders. Total mismanagement. I think it was one of the worst experiences. Not recommended at all.

The level of cleanliness and the sheer beauty of the surroundings were truly exceptional. The attention to detail in maintaining a clean environment was evident throughout the resort, making it a comfortable and enjoyable stay. The natural beauty that surrounded the resort added to its charm, creating a serene and peaceful atmosphere that was truly rejuvenating. It was a wonderful experience that I won't soon forget.

It was a worst experience...we placed order for starter and lunch and after waiting for 2 hrs they said food is not prepared yet. We asked for starter becoz it was ordered first .But they said It will take more than 30 mins..and after waiting for 2 hrs how can we sit there for food and waiting for another 30 mins and more for starters only?So we left the place immediately. Pls don't visit this place if u r planning to visit #Changsresortandrestaurant.people in charge are hopeless and they don't have manners.
