My stay was quite unpleasant to say the least. The formalities at the reception are fast, but thereafter things take a downward curve. Room is basic and tidy. There was water leakage in the bathroom, the commode was all wet and not sanitised for sure. Hot water only for bathing and not on the sink. They do not provide towels, soap, tissue rolls and such like basic amenities. No slip ons as well. No water, tea facilities as well.

Rooms are not maintained, condition of toilets are horrible. Flash was broken. Behavior of manager was very unfriendly. He charged 500 rupees extra for the child staying with parent, but refused to provide any extra mattress and asked more money for extra mattress.

I have booked a room with partial payment and when I arrived at 11pm only one room was left in which bathroom door was not getting locked and toilet's jet shower was not working. Hotel manager told he has no any other room. I was with my family. After some time a Staff of hotel arranged a room and we spent the night. I am not happy with Hotel and also Fab India who confirmed my booking without any knowledge about thr amenities of hotel.
