We had a terrible experience here. Washrooms were very very dirty. Upon complaining, they cleaned it, but still those were not cleaned properly and very dirty. There was no water in the washroom and we have to ask repeatedly for it. Overall very horrible and unprofessional experience we had. I would advise hotel staff to maintain the property well and take care of basic amenities or needs of the guests.

Hotel Chauhan Shereton hospitality is very good and staff also caring and best in there duty. Mr.Deepak(chef) in this hotel is very nice in food cooking. All foods healthy, delecious and fresh.

Had a horrible experience there. The rooms are quite good but are not maintained well. Flush was not working and after repeated complain also the staff did nothing about that. We had booked superior rooms but there was nothing superior about it compared to lower class room. Talking about the staff there were highly unprofessional, rude and treated us like money making machine. Moreover they do not have a proper power backup system and during night there was no electricity for 2 hours .They even do not have cleaning net to clean the swimming pool. During the time of checkout the staff started misbehaving with us .Visiting there was a total waste of money and time. I would not recommend anyone to go there even if they are offering room for free.
