Excellent service and food. Location quite far from city market so you need to hire taxi for local market tour. Rest if you have package tour you won't feel any travel issue. Hotel surrounding is good.hotel service is good, staff is very cooperative,needs some room amenities like wash room stools, coffe maker off. Overall it was nice experience.

Cilantro Comfort is one of the best hotels in Gangtok. The view, room service and food everything is on point✅. The polite behaviour of the staff is just like cherry on the cake. They help you out with everything. Exceptional Service✅ Food✅. A must visit 10/10

A very good hospitality. We were welcomed in a warm way... Food was great.. Highly recommended.. All together it was a great experience staying here.. Kushi and royal were very friendly and their hospitality was great.. Would definitely stay here again when I visit Gangtok.

It's fairly new establishment established 1 year ago ,The staff is very friendly and very helpful, The rooms are pretty big maintained very well and neat, The food variety is ok, This is a veg and non veg hotel the buffet breakfast is very simple and content. Family friendly hotel, View from the hotel is breathtaking you can see hills overlapping with each other very nice view but always try to ask for the top floor. Overall experience is awesome. 👍😎
