I spent two days at this hotel, and it was truly an exceptional experience. The hotel staff demonstrated politeness and great support, ensuring a pleasant stay. The rooms were impeccably maintained and spotlessly clean. The food quality exceeded expectations, and the staff went out of their way to cater to customer needs proactively. I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel for families. My only challenge being the initial difficulty in locating the hotel entrance through Google Maps, possibly due to its hillside location with a steep slope, I attribute this to it being my first visit to such a hilly area.

ShriGo Hotel is an excellent 3 star hotel located in the Tathangchen locality of Gangtok. The rooms are well equipped and spacious. Their Breakfast Buffet is excellent The staff is exceedingly hardworking and professional. The location is a bit remote but it is all right

The biggest asset this hotel has is its staff. They all are very cordial and helpful. The hotel itself is what you see in the photos and what you would expect. The food at the hotel is good too. While I was there we did have to face 2 issues. The door locks of all the rooms in the hotel needed some maintenance so none of the door key was working. By door key I mean the cards that you tap on the door locks. So every time to enter the room, we had to ask someone at the reception to open the door using their master key. Which at some point got annoying. Another thing was hot water. In general, the hot water facility was good. But when the hotel was kind of full and many people are using hot water at the same time, the water supply just stops. It did look like it's a frequent incident there and the hotel management should look into getting it fixed asap rather than just asking the staff to handle the unimpressed guests. The terrace of the hotel is good, but the view from it isn't as impressive as it looks in the photos. Since the hotel is right in the residential area, the first thing you see is the backyards of other houses. With that comes the smells and odors of trash and rubbish around. It's not in the hotel's control, but it is important to be mentioned because it's an intangible experience that you can't predict from photos. Apart from this, the stay at the hotel was quite comfortable. The rooms were exactly as they look in the photos. The location of the hotel is not closest to the city center but there is a taxi stand right next to the hotel. When I was there, the main road to the hotel was already damaged by the landslide. So our car had to take a bit longer route to get to the hotel. Hopefully, that will be solved soon.

My experience in this hotel was awsome. The whole staff is very efficient and polite they are very cooperative with the guests. We were welcomed with a great enthusiasm. Food is so delicious and with all the cleanliness. Rooms were so clean spacious and have the beautiful views.Thanks to all team for the good hospitality which will be remember by me always as a beautiful stay here.
