Location: is good but it’s on second floor and there is no lift although moving luggage is not an issue since the staff is very helpful in moving luggage Rooms: Rooms are quite spacious and looks new and comfortable, washrooms are compact, Now coming to the issues 1 of the room’s mattress was quite hard and washroom have issue with water supply. Biggest issue was no running hot water in washroom in the morning we had a plan to leave the hotel at 6 AM which got delayed as we had to find the staff to wake them up for making arrangements for the hot water. Only good thing was once we found the staff he was very quick in resolving the issue. Breakfast: we didn’t have the complementary breakfast, but they arrange sandwiches for us instead of it which only had mayonnaise nothing else in it which was a bummer. Overall it’s a decent hotel but price is not justifiably, felt little overpriced according to our experience

Very good hotel for family. Rooms are specious and rooms interior is fabulous. All the hotel staff are very humble. The owner of the hotel is always there for assistance. Location is very good. Just 1 minutes from police bazaar junction. Only 2 things -- 1) the hotel is on the 2nd floor and don't have a lift. But stairs are not very high,, easy to climb. 2) the hotel have a pure veg restaurant... No Non-veg food is available.

Above mentioned all five star reviews are fake. Pathetic hotel! Rude staff. No hot water in winter. Most of menu items not available even though they have place board no outside food available. In night nobody available to respond your queries. very small rooms, toiletarries missing. broken bathroom accessories, photos attached. Receptionist keep changing checkout time and interested in late checkout charges. In morning breakfast buffet simple requirement of breadbutter not meet. Never visit this hotel.

I was on Puja vacation with family last week, my experience in this hotel was terrible, the rate of deluxe room was skyrocketing higher than 5star hotel, toilet was in bad safe, no proper flow of water, I had to ask for hot water to take shower that to after long hours of wait, no complimentary breakfast were served despite paid per room for Rs 9 k and above including tax. No dustbin were provided in the bedroom except in the toilet and the untrained staff were also of big concerned. I recommend my friends & well wisher to please look for other property in Shillong, if you visit for holidays… very terrible and bad.
