It's a vintage property. Well maintained and the location is awesome. You can spend your whole day looking at the view from your balcony. Beautiful surrounding. The only problem is food. The food taste is not even close to what they serve at their other properties.( For the price they are charging).

Club Mahindra Gangtok, while a decent hotel, fell short of the usual Club Mahindra standards I've come to expect. It lacked the usual array of activities and amenities that define a Club Mahindra resort. It felt more like a comfortable hotel rather than a luxurious resort. The accommodation was pleasant and comfortable, but the overall resort experience was somewhat lacking. The absence of the signature Club Mahindra activities and facilities was noticeable, leaving me wanting more in terms of a complete holiday experience. While it served its purpose as a place to rest, it didn't quite live up to the usual luxury and excitement I associate with Club Mahindra resorts.

A bit outskirts of Gangtok but would still rate it 5* on location because of the spectacular views from the rooms. The resort is worth every bit of it. Great staff and rooms are cozy with great views.

I went along with my family and stayed for 8 days. The service I must say, was quite cold and sort of machine-like. The food, decent, lots of unnecessary options in my opinion. It could definitely be reduced considering the number of people. Now coming to the Rooms, facilities were barely adequate, but the room service was good. But what I truly enjoyed was the picturesque view from the room.
