One of the best hotel experience I have had so far.Food is so delicious and i am surprised it's too affordable. The staff are well trained skilled and very friendly. The food was delicious. It has been memorable vacation for us. The only difficulty we had was hot water facility. Hot water was available only from 7 to 8 am, for rest of the day if needed water we had to call room service, they used to bring hot water buckets with great patience. PS: Reshma was very professional and has been a super host. She has ensured our stay was comfortable and served us delicious food.

One of the best experience of life. Hotel is full of all kind of facilities. The view from window is wonderful and i experienced best sunset through my window. Everything is so aesthetic and planned. Food is so delicious and i am surprised it's too affordable. The staffs are well trained skilled and very friendly. Waang de serve us in a very good manner. Richard, menuka and specially waang de all are very professional and impressive personalities. I love this place and this hotel made my trip to gangtok memoriable

We stayed here for two nights and enjoyed food and hospitality. Saju and Sonam were quite helpful. Had good interactions with Saju and Sonam was helpful in providing meals and taking random ask. This hotel booking should be done assuming it's a hotel NOT a resort and spa. This may feel like an old hotel in some spots BUT hotel staff was quite good along with Food(Kudos to Chef) that keeps vacation feeling not bothered(that's what I experienced). Bathroom had good quality shower gel, I didn't open mine in this hotel. Real problem faced was HOT water supply, it was made available for like an hour or so in morning. Guest in cold weather were to wash hands in cold water which is quite a problem and honestly that was a big problem. considering the name and reputation of this hotel that I thought of. It is such a small thing that they could have fixed. this also puts small faith in management how well they think of guests. I would suggest to check with Hotel first before making booking about these small things. HOT water can be a big issue for people. visited from shore areas, etc. Imagine visiting nathula and coming to hotel to shower in cold water !!
