Club Paraiso was a pleasant experience for us. The meal here was the best highlight of the place. Everything was genuinely delicious, whether it was a mocktail or veg/non-veg food. The rooms had good cleanliness. We did not enjoy the view from our accommodation. Our room's geyser wasn't working, but the maintenance staff responded right away. The level of service was adequate. The place provided many other amenities such as Spa, indoor and outdoor games. You can also enjoy swimming at the place. The manager's constant scolding of the staff members in front of customers was the thing that bothered me.

Waste of money and time. Do not book here. While booking they told that they will provide pool view rooms, so I booked two rooms to celebrate my anniversary. But on arrival they gave one ordinary room. In property details they are showing several games, but nothing is functional. Not a single game is working in the game room. The carom board, table tennis board is damaged. Everything in the kids game zone is not functional. There badminton and all other games are also not up to the mark. Overall its a waste of money energy and time to stay here. I did blunder mistake by choosing this hotel. There were many other good options I missed.

Visited this club on 30th Dec. And it was a disaster. Rooms are very spacious and good and breakfast is also tasty. The premise is maintained neat and clean. Ample parking spaces. Negatives - none of the indoor games are functional. The carrom board and table tennis board are all damaged. Basketball wasn't available due to students. Badminton rackets and shuttle cocks are in bad shape. Air hockey doesn't have the striker. Video games are corrupted. Billiards was functional but the cost was 500 per pax per hour. The staff is very lazy on the bar counter and dinner table. You have to follow up a lot to get things on the table. Inhouse prices are very high. The swimming pool was completely closed and this wasn't informed anywhere while making the booking. In absence of such indoor facilities it's better to stay at a luxurious hotel rather than a resort which is good for nothing in a resort category.
