Stayed for one night on route from Jamshedpur to Pune (road trip). Rooms are very clean and spacious. Courteous staff and good service. Requested for packed breakfast as we planned to leave early morning, which was amazing with sandwiches, eggs, cut seasonal fruits, beverage and more. Wonderfully packed was a delicious. Also has ample parking space for your personal car. Will be returning for sure again.

Buffet dinner was OK, however breakfast spread with dosa and eggs made to order, cut fruits and bakery items was good.. Rooms were excellent.. A bit outside the main city, getting auto/ taxi is a concern.. Quiet place, good for solo and family travellers.

Service: Excellent. The wait staff is attentive and knowledgeable, and they are always happy to make recommendations. They are also very patient and understanding, even when the restaurant is busy. Ambience: Elegant and sophisticated, and the restaurant is located overlooking Lake Pichola. I went in the afternoon as I couldn't get a reservation for the evening. So I would recommend making reservations a day prior for the evening, even though the restaurant can get quite busy in the evening. The view of the lake at sunset is absolutely breathtaking and worth it.

The infrastructure and ambience is very good as pr the stars given. But food is very poor, services of all kind either reception or housekeeping everything is very poor. We asked for 2 glass for water they said no , checkout process took like a decades even when I mentioned that I have train to catch. They don't even give complimentary mineral water bottle. I personally don't like the hotel.

It was a horrible experience. Would never recommend to stay at this hotel. Staffs are ignorant, no ownership for any responsibilities, services are very poor. Arrogant staffs, Toilets are not cleaned properly. Room A/C not working, requested to change the room, they denied. At midnight around 1:00 AM it was suffocating, since these rooms don't have fans you are helpless. I felt like sleeping in the corridor of the hotel since it was suffocating. I literally cried and wanted to leave the hotel immediately. Even after explaining the whole scenario, no one seemed bothered. All the staffs are in their own attitude, less trained and inexperienced. Restaurant services very much below average. Would highly recommend not to choose this hotel. It's not a bad or a worse hotel, it's horrible..... It appears that it's just a one time investment and don't want to spend much on services or hospitality.
