Clubhouse Nami Residency Ahmedabad

What we liked: 1. The breakfast options for the given price point was good. The food taste was good enough. 2. The location is in the center and very close & at a walkable distance to Sabarmati Riverfront. What we did not like: 1. Biggest issue we had was hot water in the morning. Considering winter season and our plans for early departure from the hotel - all we were looking for was to have a decent bath in hot water in the morning. On day-1 we had to remind the staff 3-4 time for the same and even after 90-min of wait what we got was an absolutely disappointing lukewarm water. For other two days we understood - nothing is going to improve and simply adjusted with the situation. However, it did spoil our day 1 plan. The staff was not well-informed and well-responsive. 2. The breakfast time is published as 7:30 AM, we did not get it before 7:50-8:00 AM on any day. This does not matter if you do not have early morning plans but it does matter if you are running on a tight schedule. 3. When we asked for dinner dishes and spoon to be provided for our order of outside food - we were told that the hotel rule is not to provide them for outside food consumption. Strange....I have stayed in hotels with double the rate Nami Residency is charging and bever had this experience. 4. Cleanness - was good but not great. 5. Check-in process was OK. We booked three rooms, got 1 sooner but head to wait more for the remaining two rooms. 6. The room conditions is not that great to be deserving such high ratings. The bathroom towels, bedsheet and other accessories were warn out. Overall - I have had better experiences with OYO and I consider them for Value For Money temporary accommodation, however, after this experience - I'll think carefully and may be think twice before booking!

Nice and cosy stay at Nami Residency. Good on Budget with clean environment. Enjoyed watching the match so you need not worry about missing sports events on TV which is provided in every room. Food was great though little high on price but probably after tasting it you may consider paying the price.
