The hotel is in a very central location. The front desk staff and the other staff are extremely courteous and respond positively. The complimentary breakfast service was decent and the staff who manned the breakfast area took good care of the customers. Good attitude. The period we went was a peak season time, considering which the tariff charged is else they need to consider lowering the tariff in my opinion The noise level in the rooms can sometimes be disturbing.

The place is super and very close to the main location. The room is not huge and decent. The AC and lights were working and it was good. The bathroom was too small to an extent the switches were covered with cell tape as the water can go while shower. The service can be improved and for everything they charge extra. I had gone for marathon and previous night due to inflammation had asked for ice cubes and they charged. While it’s fine but the attitude to help is missing. We had asked for late checkout and they obliged and just half an hour before starting chasing if we are vacating. I will rate this hotel good for stay but don’t expect A class service. Also the breakfast options were not great and there it needs lot of improvement. Overall i would say good stay with less on service

Comfortable rooms, good service & excellent location. However, ONLY ONE PEEVE- no instant hot water on tap. This happens even in the morning hour's and one has to keep the water running for quite a while (absolute criminal waste of precious water) for HOT water to come. In the evenings, HOT water is absolutely non existent. Management should look into this urgently

Don’t waste money booking here. A very unprofessional hotel, I have booked 2rooms in this hotel with prior payment for premiere room but as we checked in they gave us a basic standard room saying the hotel is booked due to some company conference neither they r willing to return the premiere room money that they charged from us, after several arguments they agreed to change to another room and also made us shift our luggage after settling in that room we noticed there is no ceiling fan after enquiry in the reception they told due to renovation the fan is removed my brother in laws are srcitizen they r not comfortable in ac in the end of December, we had to put up in this situation only. Moreover the bathroom doors had no stopper they were using dustbin as stoppers in every room only 2 service boy no proper communication charging rs 4800/ night and 3rd class service. Worst hotel I must say .

Worst Hotel staff ever. A few months back my sister and brother in law came to ahmedabad for my marriage and they chose this pathetic place. The Hotel staff had the audacity to ask my sister why her surname is not the same as my brother in law's surname. Is it necessary for a woman to change her surname after marriage to be called married? This Hotel had made a scene about this when my sister had asked for an extra sliper and an extra dental kit(coz two adults simple math). Apparently their "Hotel Policy" does not allow unmarried couples/local IDs. They are MARRIED and also have a child. They have a marriage certificate as well. And they didn't even ask my sister about her local ID when she was checking in, she was asked whether she is married or not when she asked for an extra dental kit, it means they are just LAZY. Also please get over with the PATRIARCHAL behavior of yours. Pathetic staff and worst Hotel ever. DO NOT CHOSE THIS HOTEL FOR YOUR GUESTS TO AVOID EMBARRASSMENT ON YOUR D DAY!!!!!
