I stayed there for two nights. Location wise it's excellent - near to Assi ghat, and restaurants like Roma's Cafe. The Deluxe room was not at all comfortable - tiny room, dark washroom (not lighted enough), bunk style iron furniture. The duvet cover was not changed, and on request they changed but it was not soft on the skin. The next day I requested them to change the room. A room of 6k/night can't be that bad. They kindly changed the room to an upgraded super deluxe type. This room was a lot better with respect to room size, lighting, furniture. The lady at reception and the manager are not there to please you. Whereas the receptionist who was on the night shift was a polite person. There was a lot of drilling noise during the day. Also as they provide space for birthday parties it gets very noisy for rooms in 1st floor.

It was nice to stay there and their food was excellent 👌. The facilities available in the hotel was super and staff was also very nice and helpful too. Guys you should also go and stay there and I'm sure you will experience a damm good thing .

Wonderful Property..Truly justifying it's name of a Boutique Hotel.. Eminent and Humble Staff. The Management Right from the Top level to its roots is dignified and always true to their commitments. Food was amazing, so was the Hospitality ..and their Banquet is always modern and well equipped! Truly an amazing experience overall!!

I recently had a fantastic stay at Cocasa. From the moment I arrived, I was impressed by the warm and welcoming staff who ensured a smooth check-in process. One of the highlights of my stay was the exceptional dining experience at the hotel's restaurant. The diverse menu offered a range of delectable dishes, and the chef's culinary skills were truly remarkable. The breakfast buffet was a delightful way to start each day, with a wide variety of options to choose from. The hotel's amenities, including the well-maintained room and beautiful room.
