We completed a fantastic 5 day stay here last week with my parents and aunt. The hotel is beautiful and the rooms are spacious and clean. The restaurant served delicious complimentary breakfast which set a positive tone for the day. The travel desk arranged the visits in and around the city with excellent drivers and helped take the pressure off the planning. Lastly, the hotel staff is courteous and make you feel welcome. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for your stay and would love to stay here again.

Worst experience. Zero hospitality TV not working. Dirty bathroom. Service extremely pooooor, nobody cares about guests. Behaviour rude, disinterested. Breakfast horrible, better to eat outside otherwise you will go hungry. Also got stomach infection due to their food. Never ever come here. Not even worth one fourth of the price they are charging.

An awesome hotel in the heart of Varanasi. Excellent location. Even better services. Excellent breakfast buffet !! Stayed for 5 days- felt like home away from home. I would highly recommend Diamond Hotel to all.
