We stayed in this hotel in Dec 2023 for a couple of nights. The rooms we were provided in the basement did not have much ventilation. Provided us with just one towel and when asked for more, we were told that they did not have any available! Overall we felt the staff was not too responsive or worried about customer satisfaction. We chose this place as people had written good reviews about this place, so we were left wondering how and why those reviews came about.

All images were fake. Don’t trust by seeing images. Owner is too rude. Rooms are very very small. Not comfortable. Let me explain our incident here. We have pre booked the room by seeing pictures. They charged us premium room charge and given small room. After asking them they were like no premium rooms here. All room are in same size. We very not comfortable with the size of room and their charges.. we went to other hotel with the less price then this hotel and the rooms were wide. And they didn’t refunded pre booking amount. So don’t trust.

Unfortunately very bad experience. My room was damp, smelly, extremely cold infact colder than outside temperature.. could not provide towels when asked on the day of checkin. Cleanliness was another concern.. there was hair everywhere be it on the bed or bathroom or on the floor.. The staff was unfriendly so overall a very poor experience this time.
