We'd booked this hotel on agoda, rooms were good not so luxurious. However, the behaviour of the employees (except the reception) were disappointed. I would recommend you, not to book this hotel through any online platform rather you can visit directly and negotiate with them.

Visited this hotel with family. Booked with breakfast, i.e., Room + CP, but they said that breakfast is not included in your package. They do have clean rooms, but the pool timings were extreme bad. The behavior's of the Front Office Staff was worse, they couldn't solve the problems we faced. Out of 10 I would rate it a 4. Worth of money, but wastage of travelling energy.

Some of the canteen staff are very bad. Never ever book it from online they mention complementary breakfast on all online booking platforms but you will be harassed for that when you ask for breakfast.
