Booked a classic room in Oyo but the receptionist denied providing a classic room and said will provide only single room as I am a solo traveller. Asked 500 for early check-in which is too much. He made me cancel the booking and offered the same room at a higher price. Blankets and pillows were not good, there were cockroaches and ants in the room. Very bad experience. The only positive thing is it's close to Balaji bus stand near the alipiri gate.

Pathetic experience. Booked thru oyo, got a confirmation and when we reached the hotel they clearly said that they do not accept any online bookings. 1200 was the tariff showing online but at the hotel they were charging 2500. Fraudsters.. plz do not book any rooms thru oyo and avoid srinivasa residency at all the cost. Just waiting to dupe people and spoiling the name of Tirumala.
