This hotel provided an appalling experience. The service was nonexistent, leaving guests feeling neglected and frustrated. The culinary offerings were equally disappointing, with poorly prepared and tasteless meals. Guests were left questioning the value of their stay, as the lack of service and subpar food fell far short of even basic expectations.

Crassula Bluemoon provided excellent room. The view is awesome from hotel. Food was excellent. The hotel staff very friendly and courteous. The hotel manager Sagar was very professional and he will handle guest with smile. Thank you Sagar ji for make our journey memorable. Best wishes team Bluemoon management

Really lovely staff and a comfortable, clean room with a huge bed! The food served for dinner is really excellent, and has very little dairy, which was wonderful for me as I can’t eat dairy! The breakfast wasn’t as great for a Brit, but the staff were very accommodating of my needs and made a killer omelette. Definitely recommend staying here.

The place more then met my expectation. The hotel is little far from Pelling town Approx 2.5 km but the location is superb.The surrounding is full of greenery with birds chirping all the time. The mountain view from balcony is superb.The staff are very hospitable and the food was good. The manager of the hotel Ms. Nirmala Sharma was very courteous and took great care during our stay specially of our Kids.Highly recommended for family as well as bachelor Travellers.

First of all its not a resort. Rooms are ok but property is totally smelly and dirty. Wifi not working, Reception phone not working, geyser not working, most of the lights in room not working, tv working but dish not recharged. Nothing for entertainment. If u r planning here pl come with our own entertainment things. Food- u will only get a limited food for bf lunch n dinner. There is no menu. Nothing to munch, no shop etc nearby. Pl bring ur own food items like biscuits, cold drinks chips, mineral water etc.
