Eletaria Resort exceeded my expectations! The ambiance is tranquil, the staff is incredibly attentive, and the amenities are top-notch. The rooms are well-maintained with a touch of luxury. The culinary experience was exceptional. A perfect retreat for those seeking a blend of relaxation and sophistication. Highly recommended!

We planned a family stay here, our rooms didn't smell good. There was trekking planned at 4. NO HOT water, bathroom tubs and hand shower we're not working properly. There was no one to contact in the morning, room services were not good . No response,promised packed food was not delivered. There was no one available even to handover room keys at 5:30 am Had a worst eperience. Here we stayed in rooms 202 and 203.

Had a very relaxed stay in Eletaria resort. Great service from the staff, nice rooms, calming greenery, the ambience was top notch, the food was far better than expected... Overall, enjoyed the stay... Will try to come again soon...

Arrogant behavior from desk while we say the difficulties we had on the stay. The bathroom was full of snails and no locks for the windows . We checked in @ night, we couldn't locate the property because of lack of lights.. After payments we asked for bill & they said they will whatsApp the bill... But till now I didn't get anything. One important thing was a power failure in once in an hour. But Breakfast provided and the ambience of the property was good.Not worth for the money. Even they won't provide dental kit and no phone connection to the reception.
