My recent stay at Capital O Urban House Emarald Suites was a disappointing experience. Despite the promising descriptions online, the reality fell far short of expectations. The room I was allocated lacked basic cleanliness and appeared neglected. The furnishings seemed outdated, and the overall ambiance felt drab and uninviting. Moreover, the amenities mentioned in their listing seemed either outdated or non-functional. From malfunctioning appliances to inadequate toiletries, the discrepancy between what was advertised and what was provided was stark. The service quality further added to the disappointment. Staff responsiveness was notably lacking, and attempts to address concerns were met with delays and, at times, indifference. The lack of a proactive approach to resolve issues made the stay even more uncomfortable.

Very bad service and room facilities are awful. I booked the room with extra bed a week ago still I had to take multiple trips and calls to reception to get that extra bed only at 11pm. And the bathroom has a broken sink. The hotel didn't have a proper service, they just gave the keys on completion of payment as we had to check in ourself with luggage

Would like to share the experience as I have check in in the morning as seen room are not up to the mark as seen washroom also not clean properly as exhaust fan not working as even though told.in the morning that buffet breakfast is arrange as gone to check it out they told today buffet is not working and having only putu and chole Puri as in Google it is showing 4 star hotel as I will compare this hotel with 2 star hotel.
