Worst experience of my life. Neither room nor breakfast was good and Air conditioner is not working properly and rude behavior from owner. I suggest you don't waste your money in this. she is charging more like a 3 star hotel. The pictures shown in this are fake.This place is not safe for childrens we have find the small snakes🐍 in the breakfast area

Great location - comfortable distance from the market and beaches so that you’re not too close into the noise but not too far that you’re more than walking distance. Khushboo is super helpful and always willing to whatever she can to make your stay as nice as possible. Her guys that work on the property are just as friendly and cooperative and always greet with a great smile. The Villa is 🕺🏽🕺🏽 And whatever you may do during your stay here make sure to try the alu parathas. Thanks a lot Khushboo for hooking is up with the food, the cabs, the cookies and turning on the AC every day. MUCH APPRECIATED.

Royal Bagha Residency Great location – a comfortable distance from the market and beaches. Khushbu is super helpful and always willing to do whatever she can to make your stay as nice as possible. "She didn't expect to be charged extra.” The team members ( Ravi, Narayan and Khasim ) who work on the property are just as friendly and cooperative, always greeting with a great smile. They also helped me to rent a scooter at a reasonable price. We had a small child with us, and I appreciated the way Khushbu took care of our daughter, We felt comfortable once our daughter began enjoying Khushbu's food special thanks for that, and appreciated her help. We have never forgotten the delicious taste of Idli and Dosa when they were served with ghee. I love dishes like alu paratha and dal kichadi. The taste of dal is so delicious especially in Goa. Thank you so much, Khushbu, for assisting us with everything, including the food! We felt like staying with our Family Members.

Pure Veg , Jain compatible place for stay. But is compatible for everyone. ( No judgements 😀) Location : Just 300 mtrs from Party Street. Hotel Rooms: Super Clean and very tidy rooms. Noise level: very quiet even when the party Street is just 300 mtres away. Food : Ask for 2 tea in the big cup. And must try their Aloo Paratha. Host: Super Friendly, adventurous and she's a solo traveler as well. She's a walking Wikipedia of Goa. Parking space: ample parking available for your loved car/ bike A must recommended place. Posting this after spending 10 days in Goa in Aarambol ,Colva , Ashwem and other hotels.

It was an amazing and nice stay. The hotel is very nice and located near to Baga Beach. Rooms were good. Their hospitality is very good. Their staff and property owner Khushbu had also helped me to rent scotty at reasonable price for exploring Goa as well helped to book cab to reach railway station. Breakfast is so tasty especially Dhosa and Utthapam,. Khushbu Agarwal (Owner) is the one who prepares this delightful breakfast. She even take care of our child and prepare the breakfast as per our need.
