Hello, I wanted to share my recent experience with your hotel. I was disappointed with the staff rude behavior during my booking. Additionally, my room was cancelled without any prior notice, which created a lot of inconvenience for me. Lastly, I noticed discrepancies in the billing, which led me to believe that a fake bill was generated. I hope these issues can be addressed to improve the overall guest experience at your establishment." I have no option to give him no star, 1 star is last option.

I paid 3000 for a single day and I couldn't be more disappointed with what the room had to offer. It was a good room but everything from AC, TV, Fridge and even the switches were so old. The dustbin in the room was so rusty. The bathroom was dirty and the shower was dirty as well. I had to switch the room because water was leaking from the AC and it was the same story in the other room as well. I had a better experience in a room that was 1300/day. Do better. Pretty building and fancy showcasing is not enough. It's not 1990s.

Room wasn't so neat. Bed's headrest was missing, matress was in worn off condition. Room was spacious but washroom was too small. Cleanliness and maintenance is what hotel should really work on. You can consider this property if you just need a place to crash for a day. Location was great though. A lot of eateries around.

I Booked this using fab hotels app. Worst service, no cleanliness, dirty bedsheets with smelly rooms, not even deserve a single star, Never recommend for a family stay Paid parking, initially they will say that is their own parking, but the parking is not even their. Own. This third quality hotel don't have their kitchen so you'll have to order online. In pictures they show beautiful lavish bathroom and in actual, bathroom size is 5'x5' pathetic dirty bathrooms, Never ever book this hotel. Small queen size bed Room size is way more smaller than they show in pictures. I had to book a new. Hotel after watching this filthy Overpriced #fabhotels. They called me for a review I asked for a room change they didn't even respond to my request. I also asked at reception but they Said this is all we have in a very rude manner.

Horrible hygiene in rooms as well as terrace and bathroom. No space to bath in so called bathroom poorest construction and extremely poor maintenance, all wardrobes fully broken since absorption of moisture rather water . Loud noises , giggles from adjacent rooms perhaps staff in the room disturbs others to sleep few hour who had come with the patient for treatment in max hospital. Vry poor experience.
