Worst hotels in India.Yes you are reading it correct.My brother booked this hotel through Agoda and when he reached they denied him and said that they have no booking.When he tried to show the mail the manager was highly unprofessional and said I don't want to see the booking details and we can't give you the room.Called Agoda but no help from there end also.Just imagine you have an advance booking and you have paid also still on the day if you are coming from outside you are not getting the hotel which you booked.My brother was not with family so he left the place but what if family is there.Highly unprofessional and fraud hotel.Please don't do any bookings at this hotel.Attaching booking I'd also.So hotel can't deny that this review is fake.One of the fraud and fake hotels.Agoda and hotel both fraud. Don't book this hotel at all.Agoda and hotel are doing a scam.When you reach the hotel they tell you that no we have changed the hotel name to "Hotel Global Corporate".Please beware guys.See my reviews first and don't book this hotel at all.

The stay was quite better than expected. The rooms were quite spacious and hygiene was top notch. All the necessary amenities were present. The service was also quite good. Thanks to manager, Mr. Rohit,who was very friendly and understanding and made the stay more pleasant. I would highly recommend to visit this hotel.

Booked the whole property for my sister's wedding and we had a poor experience. The staff was very inexperienced and took very long to fulfill basic requests. The lift was not operational for one entire day and thus caused a lot of chaos during the functions. The lady managing the reception desk tried hard to cater to us and the guests but wasn't very experienced ithe service industry. The manager of the property and his wife were not responsive to our complaints and behaved rudely with us. We had to chase and follow up a lot for getting the decorations put up on time even after making the advance payment in full. The food was pathetic and they fell short of supply during one of the events. It was a terrible experience for us and the inexperience and apathy in the staff as well as manager was very evident.

We booked the whole property for a wedding in our family about 2 months in advance. Even after paying the total amount, these people pestered us on the day of the event taking advantage of our last minute situation. Earlier, the person managing the property acted smart and tried to cancel our booking to take another booking closer to our bookings. (He must have got a better offer, but very "UNPROFESSIONAL": BIG TURN OFF!) Never book this property for any event! Key points: 1. Smoking smell in the rooms which is a big turn off. You won't be able to stay in the room for a minute. Service staff never realise this. 2. Used and refilled Mineral water bottles are given in rooms: This is not a standard practice in hotel industry. Sealed mineral water bottles should be provided. 3. Service: Rooms are not cleaned properly. You will have to ask them again and again to clean it. Staff is unprofessional. For our booking, the rooms were not ready on the time of check in. Hotel staff took 3-4 hours more to ready the rooms.
