The room was very nice and clean. Though from outside it looks like a very old building but one shouldn't get deceived by it as we did. But when checked the room it was completely different. Even the staff are very cooperative and very much willing to help and ready to give you all the information that you need. Very centrally located.

The staff is rude the place is small . Dirty in room service. Asked for extra towel they didn’t give. Zero is you think you will be helped by room service . The receptionist is arrogant. Its like they don’t know what hospitality means. Its dirty and conjusted. The rooms are literally tiny. Please avoid this hotel.

Rooms good.. but staff not polite,, mr Sajid over reception was very very rude to behave.. No parking in hotel.. i have to pay 1200 Rs for 6 to 8 hrs for parking,, unbelievable.. Rs 200 per hour parking charges in front of hotel..so try to avoid this hotel...
