Very bad service. It was my first night after marriage, I spoke to customer care that kindly do the needful we are ready to pay extra but no response at all. On our stay we found no toiletries even after informing at reception thrice. Second day in the morning me and my husband left the room locked and handed over key at reception for cleaning the room. We were at shock when we returned to our room at 12 at night and we found room was unlocked leaving without cleaned at all. Then we stood outside of our room for half an hour for waiting to get room cleaned. They really gave a very bad service. I would have given a zero rating if there was such option

The room cleaning was not upto the mark. There was leakage in bathroom. The window was not closing and hence outside noise was coming inside. Linen was old. Cover of quilt was torn. Bedside table on one side was broken. My wife did not like it at all and she fought with me whole night. No value for money.

Rooms were fine, but Airconditioner was not cooling the room, even at 16°, it felt like 26. Poor room service, they took hours to deliver food and even basic things like soap after repeated calls and requests. Better than OYO, still not worth the money you paying for the rooms and services.
