Location wise it’s good. Improve room cleanliness. Pillow covers, bedsheets, bed, room walls, furniture were stained. Quilt was smelling bad. Lot of mosquitoes were there. Ac remote was non functional. Television showed irrelevant Bangla language channels. No dental kit. Too many people making reception area chaotic. Cannot compromise on cleanliness at all. The only thing good was location.

Worse ever stay I have had in my life time. I have no option to give zero star else I would have chosen that. Dirty rooms and stincky bedsheets. And cherry on yhe top was staff behavour. I vacated the room with one hour and Stagg was not bothered to asked for the reason. So much of so unprofessionalism, I never seen in my life.

When did checkin, the room smelled like someone just smoked in the room. Shower panel, jet spray, telephone all were damaged. All got repaired in some working condition after complaint.
