WORST SERVICE is the one word which I can use for OYO Cladis a) for 2 people in room - they will never give you 2 towels. So get ready to share the wet towels. You request them atleast 4 times and if they are in good mood they might give. b) they will not give extra blanket if it is too cold c) You will need to tell them atleast 4 to 5 for cleaning the room next day. They simply ignore you and give very rude replies. why do even OYO list such properties, dont go on the pricing,

The booking confirmation from agoda was not accepted, I had to pay an additional amount to stay at the hotel. The behaviour of the staff is not at all good. Very very disappointed. The staff is least bothered with customer satisfaction

The place is horrible to live in. Nothing is clean, the bedsheet turned black, the bathroom shower is like a fountain and the AC switches on but it does not cool. Manager asks 1.5 k for this bargain and he comes to 1k. Not worth staying here.
