NOT RECOMMENDED!! 1)Room was small compared to the price, bathroom was ok 2) No complimentary water provided, water was chargeable. 3) No charging point near bed, only one charging point in whole room that too with no place to keep your gadgets while charging 4) No kettle or tea sachets are provided. 5) Service is pathetic and very slow 6) Don’t order food from their restaurant, as their food is pathetic and smelly and also you will receive your food almost more than an hour after ordering 7) They don’t allow outside food also , although their food is so pathetic 8) Food plates were not clean , when we checked in no battery in remotes , no toiletries provided 9) They charge 3% extra if you want to pay via card 10) Reception is on first floor and nobody comes to take the luggage once you reach 11) Only if you want to spend a night close to the airport opt for this hotel , as location is 2km away from airport

After we landed in Pune airport, we needed a cozy and budget place close to the airport to rest for the night because Pune was just an overnight layover during our trip. FabHotel Habitat which is about 2 KM away from the airport fitted this requirement very well. We had pre-booked a room on Agoda for INR 1200. It is a serviced-apartment style establishment that offered a room which was big enough for accommodating 2 people, bathroom which was clean, basic furniture with TV, AC and geyser which were functional, ample parking space for 4-wheelers in the basement. The common kitchen though was very messy to use. The people at front desk were helpful during the check-in process. Restaurants are within driving distance. Due to the short duration of our stay and early-checkout the next morning, I have no information on the quality of their service. Overall, a decent budget-option for people looking for a short stay close to the airport.

We stayed there for 2 weeks , and we had to switch rooms for 4 times. Bathroom geyser sometimes was not working. Extra blanket was not given as the one given first place and In absence of me they gave my room to someone else without taking my consent.They also have a dog 🐶 which can be a problem for some people. Overall Service is not good, I must say there are good hotels near by, book them, don't book this one.
