It's a bad experience staying there. They need to improve a lot on service standards. Basic necessary things were not in the room like floor mat or dustbin. 1 very small soap tikki and 1 towel was given in 2 people. No hygiene, glasses and kettle were kept dusty. And just because my wife's full name is not changed so the guy at reception made us do entry separately. As a husband and wife we can't carry our marriage certificate everywhere as a proof. From breakfast to other service it's a big 0 to this hotel. Will never recommend anyone

Rooms were small but that part is adjustable. The cleanliness of mattress and bedsheet was bigger concern. Washroom by design is faulty so you can't do much about that and can be adjusted with for 1-2 nights.

I am giving 1 star just to write this review. The hotel prices first off were shown wrong in their website which I had booked which is not a customers mistake. The declined my stay there after I had reached hotel saying that due to technical issues the prices were wrong and booking is cancelled where as the booking till my arrival never showed cancelled. The manager kept saying that we never accepted your booking where i was charged for two days. Apart from all this I asked if new on the spot booking can be made coz i was in urgent need of room they declined thats too. Very poor service and wrong behaviour on arrival. Also the area seems isolated, If you are single female booking this place think twice before having done your booking.
