I stayed here for 2 nights . I had a pleasant stay. The reception people were polite and helpful. I recommend they kept room slippers , towels and couple more rugs / carpet in room at least. The location has humid climate due to Lake nearby.

The location wasn't much difficult to find. Car parking will be a problem. As there is no parking area, you have to park across the street or somewhere nearby. The hallway and reception are good and amicable. The room wasn't upto the mark. Two good things: there was good WiFi connection and the bathroom was very good. Unsatisfied things: We asked them to replace the bedsheet as there were stains on it. The AC remote wasn't working. TV remote wasn't working. The floors were dirty. The phone wasn't working as well. So, we had to go down to the reception if we needed something. There is a very good food shop nearby called Krishna's dosa kadai. Overall, i wouldn't recommend. But if you are an adjustable and take it easy person, go for it!

Receptionist is very Worst to handle Guest. He thought that we came for free stay like... Responses are very Poor.. They are asking Rs.1500 per day, in 2 hrs addition asked Rs. 300 extra and they are ready to offers complimentary also, No soap and Tooghpaste and Tea, Coffee and all very Worst to say that they brought coffee powder & Milk powder with kettle, we supposed to prepare, even they are serving fresh milk coffee and Tea. Also they are very hesitate to offer Water bottle. Very Worst experience and I not recommend it to all.... Very interior also.. I went there google review only but it's not upto Mark....😪

One of the worst experiences you will ever have. To start with the rooms are unhygienic and there is no hot water. The front desk person is extremely rude and does not know what is hospitality. The check out time is 11 AM and we were rushing for a meeting at 8 30 AM, the FO person asks us to pay the full amount and then leave the hotel. Me, trying to explain the check out is only 11 AM falls into deaf ears. Upset and for want of time we rushed out and the person came behind us till the road and demanded us to pay the balance. To put things to context the room was booked by a company and they are supposed to pay for it. Any amount of explanation to the guy doesn’t get through to him. To make things worse on calling customer care of Fabexpress is equally poor. 1. The check out time is only 11 AM, they are asking to pay at 8 30 AM. Even with me assuring we will come back to check out. 2. The front office has held our Aadhar cards and refused to give it back. Fab express has to improve training personnel in hospitality business and not employ goondas.
