The hotel was on an amazing location where spent lot of unforgettable moments with family.Hotel staff is also very cooperative, friendly and rooms are so neat and cleaned with all hygiene facilities are required.. It was a good choice to go for this hotel with family as per the atmosphere, facilities and hygiene. It's a very nice place to spend holidays with family.

Very bad experience, booking through Fab hotels sites and after reaching at site hotel personal saying that your booking is not there and they have not received the intimation from Fab hotels sites and need to cancel the booking. After many requests he is not agreeing to give the booking. I have no options left and called the police and explained the situation and after that immediately they said we are arranging the rooms in back side of the hotel in other building. Parking is not available you have to park your vehicle in the public parking place, I have not seen the summing pools also . During my 3 days stay I have seen such many incidents peoples are waiting in the hotel reception area for hours and hours with their family after confusing them they send to the back side of the hoteles other property. Be careful booking this hotel through Fab hotels. Look like froud peoples.

Gave 1 star as zero isn’t an option. Unacceptable behaviour from staff towards customers who were booking this hotel online. They need us to cancel our online booking and book the hotel offline at much more higher prices. The one person in the reception named `Rathna’ was very rude and not willing to even talk to their vendor(Fab Hotels), through which the hotel was booked. Couldn’t know whether she is the sweeper/substaff or manager as her attitude and behaviour isn’t the way one talk to even fellow man. Better to Avoid this place if you are looking for a good service.
