Property is a good no frills budget hotel. There is no breakfast but kitchen service for Lunch and Dinner is Okay. Location is v near to Shakespeare sarani, Kala Mandir.So, recommended for budget stay at a centralised location. However, Policy of Fab Hotels is v. Bad once you have checked in at the property if you want to check out earlier than the no. Of days booked then there is no refund. The property manager helped me out in this regard. I would advise to book the property Directly so that you can have flexibility on your stay. Do not book with Fab , I repeat Do not book with Fab if your plan of stay might change & you need to Check out Earlier.

Location was ok, but the staffs were really polite and humble. Showed good hospitality. Good for economic point of view. Room clean with white bed sheets. All over good, i had good experience.

Don't be fooled with the look of the images shared by the hotel or while booking. Nothing in this hotel was good. The bedsheets were dirty with patches around, the towels were dirty, AC water was leaking and neither the room was clean. There are mug better options in park circus so please don't waste your money here.
