We missed our flight and had to book a place here. They had 3 stars on booking but the service is not that great. The washrooms aren't clean. Room is spacious. Building is in a bad shape. First floor and the kitchen is unclean. Found cockroaches on a floor. Best not to pick anything from the group FabHotel. Wifi disconnects and requires password to be entered all the time.

Service and food at the hotel was excellent. They accomodated our early check-in and the staff was extremely courteous. The hotel is near railway station with multiple options available to commute. However, Hotel Prime President can work on the upkeep of their rooms. The wallpaper is peeling off, spring in the mattress is damaged and the sofa is in a sorry state. Nothing one couldn't deal with but something the hotel csn definitely improve.

Worst experience ever. Booked it through Agoda, but once you reach they wouldn't accept the price we booked and will ask for additional money and argue why did you book it through them? Rooms were full of cockroaches. Approach towards customer not good at all

Title: Deceptive Practices & Rude Staff: A Hotel to Avoid! I recently stayed at this hotel, lured in by numerous positive reviews and decent room quality. However, my experience was utterly soured by the hotel's malpractices and the reception staff's unprofessionalism. Firstly, they force guests to pay exclusively through UPI, refusing to accept direct credit card payments, which is highly inconvenient for travelers. Adding insult to injury, if you insist on using a credit card, they demand an additional charge, claiming it covers their processing fees. This is absolutely absurd! In today's globally connected world, such practices are not only outdated but downright exploitative. Furthermore, I was appalled by the hidden costs. I needed a little extra time in the room, and they charged an exorbitant 30% extra, a policy that was conspicuously absent from any visible terms and conditions. The lack of transparency continued when I requested the bill. Initially, they hesitated to provide it; when they did, I noticed a mysterious 10% extra charge. Upon inquiry, it supposedly was for taxes, but the way it was executed felt very shady. Despite the rooms being satisfactory, the front desk staff was the polar opposite. They were impolite and unaccommodating, making even the simplest request feel like a huge imposition. This establishment rides on past glories reflected in outdated reviews, but don't be fooled. The current reality is a place where guest respect and transparent policies are in desperate shortage. I regret choosing this hotel and, safe to say, they've lost a customer for life. Potential guests, beware!
