At first look we were lost, if this is really a fab hotel due to its lackluster apperance, which was too shady to begin with. No branding of Fabhotel, which added to the confusion. The rooms were ill maintained, and post check in we found the bed sheets dirty and stains in the blankets. Thankfully we had only a day to kill so it was ok, but otherwise it was bad choice if you are coming with family.

Untidy rooms. Less space. No hangers for clothes. No toilet kit. Pillo covers torned. Staff behaviour is very good. Dealing was good.

Third class service & ambience also. AC remote note available in the room. Shower not working. TV not working. Gyser not working. Online jo dikha raha hai wesa to bilkul b nai tha room. I ask for dental kit they tell me that provide in rhe morning. And the last there is no telephone in the room to contact them.

I booked this hotel for 4 days from 6th June to 10th June but bad experience. Don't book this hotel with breakfast as they provide only hard poha or aloo Paratha with little aloo stuffed when complain they say we didn't had aloo orelse roadside khaman which we get in 30 rs. they say we will order from outside but then give excuses that all hotels opens after 10:00 am which is a lie as I saw nearby hotels opens at 8:00 am.I had breakfast from outside during my stay and when complain to fab hotels they are denying also saying they provided extended 5th day stay which is a lie. As manager Mahendra only told never book our hotel with breakfast and advising me to check before booking that hotel don't have kitchen then you will be getting this type of service only.
