The manager was very rude and arrogant. He did not bother listening to our concerns nor did he care about the problems we faced in his hotel. There is no fire exit and they have locked the staircase and when asked for the reason the manager replies rudely. The AC was also not working the whole night and the beep noise was irritating all the time from the AC. Also charged us double the amount Disgusting hotel and horrible service and people working there. The owner should observe his managers behaviour And also the light was fluctuating again and again and the lift was not working I want to know how did he expect us to go out of the hotel when stairs are locked and lift is not working

Bed sheets are almost black, they never change bedsheets. Charging point plugs not working. They order breakfast from outside road side food stall and provide in room as they don't have any kitchen or restaurant. Those who says tastiest food are lying as there is no restaurant only one floor in a commercial complex. Dirtiest room I have ever seen, diety smell from the pillow, bed and blanket as they never change it.

Room service is not good and i checked in at 11am and they still took early checkin at the time of checkout which they waived off at the time of checkin and didn't allowed to leave the hotel.. That was very rude behaviour of staff and not at all cooperative as well as washroom was also not good. I don't recommend the stay at all.
