Dont ever book this hotel, they are doing fraud activities with the people. Me and my office colleagues recently visited Pune and booked this hotel through online booking and paid the amount for approx 5k and when we reached this hotel they refused us by saying that we have not received your mail yet. And they told us to pack our luggage and move. We are trying to register the complaint. Please stay alert folks!

Prices of online booking and booking directly at the hotel differ. Online you will get the non ac room and ac room for 1800 and 2100 respectively while through Goibibo you may get the deal for around 1600 and 1900 respectively. One thing is that online booking doesn’t provide breakfast. It’s just a normal breakfast that includes tea/coffee, bread butter and omelette. Pros: Good location Clean and spacious rooms Friendly staff Cons: Hot water available from 8am-12pm Breakfast is only served from 8am-10am and even little than 10. So if you have to check out early and will have miss the breakfast, it’s better to book online.

Horrible experience at this hotel, the staff isn’t courteous. There’s no proper hot water. No blankets and not even soap and toothpaste. The sheets are old and not clean and the place is hidden above a hospital. I recommend that you go anywhere else in Pune but this place. The manager is arrogant and not a person who has any sense of service or ethics towards anyone. Tread with caution in this hotel.

Positive 🔥 # Great rooms & Dedicated staff. # Location❤️ # less than 1.5km from Pune jn railway station # Lot of restaurants (including Kerala food - Mallu stories), Medical shops, grocery shops, and supermarkets available. # Quiet and peaceful stay. # Online booking is much cheaper compared with direct booking. # Lift available Need improvement✋ # Complimentary breakfast available (Bread omelet / Bread butter & jam with tea/ coffee) # Decent Room but bathroom not up to the mark.👎 # kindly provide Clean bed sheets.

We we came to pune for the first time and i booked this hotel rooms are quite good and my elder brother came to visit me but in this hotel no visitors is allowed we asked that just let him see the room of this hotel and i was new in pune just because of that i had to pay 830 for him too, change the receptionist and this hotel is good he talks very rudely believe me you will abuse him fr if ur debate goes too far
