The staff and the manager are very rude and arrogant. They don’t know how to respect girls and speaks very rudely. They were not at all cooperative and the staff is very bad I had gone at 7 pm i wanted a room with smart tv i asked them to change the room for me but they were so rude to me and my partner they did not even provide us with the wifi I won’t even give one star to the staff and manager. I’ve gone there before but i guess the manager has changed. Worst experience ever. Please change the manager and staff.

It was a great experience staying here, staff is very welcoming and helpful, rooms are well maintained and clean, you will get sleep like a baby, also the food quality is great. Do visit if your looking for stay in Malad.

Pros:- Good hotel to stay. Hygiene is maintained. 24*7 check-in and check-out. They provide complementary breakfast. It is within walking distance from the kandivili railway station. Room service is very good and quick with just one call. Cons:- Price is a bit expensive compared to other cities. They could have given either lunch or dinner as a complementary. Overall good experience, go for it. Many shops and stores are nearby this area. One will get a lot of autorickshaws from here. 😊👍

We had a stay with family for two days AC didn’t work second day and no one responded or took care of when called repetitively. For each order they are not waiting to take money at the checkout time but asking again for same order payment if done, no coordination between management and in bathroom exhaust fan is unavailable and cold water not coming. Not a good place to stay
