Extremely poor service, There charges are too high , One can easily find good hotels nearby it. This hotel has serious problems related to their customer service, minimum 2 hours of delay in any requirement/request small or big. As a response they say, Sir we are too busy , I complained for TV which was not working and they took more than 32 hours to resolve this. The major problem is with reception team neither with house keeping team nor with laundry team

Worst people. The lady at the reception was the worst in behaviour. My husband walked in directly, they first quoted 3000 for a single room, but when I checked online on cleartrip it was reflecting 1800 plus gst. I got to know about this hotel from my brother who stayed here about ten days ago at the same price (2000 with breakfast). I tried booking it through clear trip, it almost went through and when I shared this with the receptionist, she refused taking any booking online, instead she said the price can vary everyday and it depends on the number of bookings they get everyday which means if they have only one room available they can charge as much as they want. Guys have some business ethics OR AT LEAST TRAIN YOUR RECEPTIONIST TO BE A LITTLE COURTEOUS WITH THE CUSTOMERS ( JUST REFERRING TO THE LADY ). I wonder how would they care for customers when they make any bookings. Worst hospitality at the beginning.
