The location is amazing. Rooms are comfortable and the food is on point too. Staff is extremely courteous and go over and above to fulfill one's request. The one thing they can focus on is to renovate the gym machines and outdoor activities area. Rest everything is amazing.

This hotel had the best customer service of any hotel I've ever been to in my life. The staff is so welcoming and friendly. They treat you like a king. Even as you enter and check-in, they prepare fresh drinks while they sort out the paper work. The restaurant at the top is also amazing. Breakfast is absolutely delicious with so many options to try. Everything is also served to you hot, so it's much better than the buffet style breakfast. I highly recommend the fresh juice they serve. The restaurant staff is the best. They give you extra food to try and even pull out your chair as you sit. We also had dinner there and everything was perfect. I highly recommend this resort to anyone staying in Thekkady. I've never had a better experience. Thank you to the staff if you are reading this message.

Of all the places I stayed during my trip to Kerala, this was by far the best. By the end of our one night stay, we all were wishing that we stayed here for a full week. The entire staff, from the front reception to the wait staff are at the top of their game. It's absolutely stunning how good the customer service you receive here is. To add to that, the rooms are fabulous and the food is really good. The best Kerala food we had during our stay was here which was a pleasant surprise. The included breakfast is also top tier.

We stayed at this property for 3 days and had an amazing time. The hospitality showed by the GM and his staff was extraordinary; we had not felt this level of welcome anywhere. They took so much care of every detail and every aspect of our stay that we almost felt spoiled. Apart from the property being gorgeous with their own small spice garden, the restaurant's food was so delicious that we ended up eating almost all our meals there. They gave a lot of attention to our toddler and made her feel like she was amongst family. Their game and snack area were a nice touch to spend idle time in case of adverse weather or relaxation after a tiring day. We will most definitely come back here and relive our wonderful memories.
