One of the best properties in Visakhapatnam to stay. We stayed here for 4 nights and the rooms were clean, service was amazing. They took each and every input and prepared us the exact non spicy food my parents required. There is a nice in campus parking where they book a slot for you if you inform them that you are bringing your own car. We loved this as we travelled by road from Kolkata and were concerned about our new car.

We had a great stay at Fortune Sree Kanya during a recent visit to Vizag for a workshop. Staff were courteous and the General Manager personally ensured that we all had a good stay. Would highly recommend.

Hi , Recently I visited Sri Kanya Fortune Restaurant by 8 pm for buffet with a great expectation.. . But we had a very bad experience.. all items are very cool include tandoori .. fish is worst.. I never find such a cool coated fish anywhere.. No Chicken biryani , only mutton biryani with no mutton that is also cool.. vegetarian also not any special dishes .. regular course of food .. I had a doubt that is it an ITC group or Normal Restaurant ? No kid chairs .. Execpt ambiance nothing is good .. don’t go as they are giving offers .. Check before you start..

We are at ITC's fortune inn at vishakhapatnam and we did not have so pleasant experience. They lack in customer service especially the restaurant staff. Sharing one incidence - they serve eggs omlette on live counter and they have closed place so it was stinking badly. We requested them to just shift this in their kitchen coz it was not bearable and staff was arguing and not ready to do it. Their reception staff also reacted the same way. It was na unusual experience at ITC for the first time. Their housekeeping service is very good.
