Food is simply superb. The ambience and Port theme is amazing and we had a wonderful dinner with family on New year Eve 🎉 Must try Cigars a signature food item they serve. The staff is very friendly and the service was so good. The only drawback is finding its route. It is located on the road but due to one way we feel difficult to reach.

Booked three rooms and stayed in the hotel on 2-3 Oct'23. Breakfast was very good. Room services were not good as expected. One of the room has problem with bed. None of the room has a bucket in bathroom. Due to construction/plaster/painting, dust and paint smell were in air and difficult to breathe. Lift was old model, once we stucked in that lift and we called to reception. They do not respond quickly. 4 children were with us in the lift. We are worried inside the lift but they were all relax as nothing happened. Bad experience need improvement in service.
