Room which was shown in photo was not actual. Two towels both were torn. TV was not working when asked staff told there is no signal . Toilet door was not closing. Lots of noise at mid night adjacent street by drinkers. Hot water was not working due to half building supply. Blanket was smelling. Too much costly , no amenity given, wastage of my total money. Staff was rude. I had shifted to other hotel with good amenities and cheap rate.

Pros: 1. Location is very near to Dasaswamedh Ghat.It is only good thing. Cons:1. Please be noted that the Check In time is 1:00PM and if you ask the Hotel that you will check in 1hour before, they will charge you full day room rent. Do not expect any better solution from owner unless business. As you have to made payment during booking, owner will not entertain you after payment and he will made himself busy in false meetings always. 2. It is only hotel in my entire trip where I have made full payment during booking. Overhyped and over rated hotel. 3.Although it was written in the booking that city view rooms will be given, but they will not give you that. If you ask the receptionist to change the room(which have no proper ventilation/window view)then he will told you that all rooms are booked which is not true. Owner will always busy and will not talk to you. 4. Location of the hotel is very far from four wheeler access. Approximately 900meters from Girja Ghar where you have to leave your four wheeler. Then you have to take battery car to Nandi Chawk. From Nandi Chawk, you have to reach Hotel by walking approximate 600meters with all your luggage and companions. No parking available.Owner will say that location is just 100meter from Girja Ghar which is totally false. 5.No dining, kitchen is available in the hotel. 6.Please do not book any local tour, Ganga Bihar, arti darshan arranged by the hotel. They will just loot you in every manner. 7.Parking is not available. Also four wheeler access is restricted by the Local Police. 8.Be aware of pick pockets and consciously talk to the other local people. Everyone is doing business there so be prepared for that. 9.Bargain with the battery car/tuktuk otherwise they will take more and more money from you just for smaller distance. 10.Better to book any other property for better access, parking, food or any other amenities during your journey. 11.Please have a overall knowledge of the location of the areas so that you will not need any help from others. As the local people as well as Police will mislead you regarding the direction of the any destination. NOT RECOMMENDED for booking.

Rahul (staff) is a good staff member and helped us a lot! The rooms are good, service is good, only thing is dont eat food inside restaurant and go outside to explore varanasi much better! Rest is all good the location is perfect just beside dwashashwamedh ghat.

Good location, below average service If you want to stay near Dasashwamedh Ghat, this Guest House is a good choice. But a little far from the Market & Mandir. Out of 5, I would give: Location: 4,Room cleanliness: 3, Service: 1. Good points: we checked in at night 2:30am (with full day booking of course), but no issues for room getting. Also, they allow us to put our trolley and other baggage after check-out time. Bad points: One Bedroom, out of 3 room bookings, was given as two separate beds though we see the bed type written in booking was double bed. Also, they refused to do the room service everyday. They did for every alternate day. Another frustrating point is: every time you came from outside, you need to ask the service team to switch on the Air Conditioner from their backend. Then only you can switch on from your room remote. Also, every day they miss at-least one room to provide the complementary water bottles. They provided the water bottles after asking only.
