The place was good with spacious rooms. The hot water in the bathroom was not working. Furniture seems a bit old highlighting the antique and heritage feel which seemed a bit overpriced for the stay. Rest everything was fine. The sea view from the balcony was a gem. The staff were friendly and hospitable. Breakfast was also great.

Good resort with good staff & hospitality & good food as well. The staff is very helpful & special mention to Mr.Akhil who helped a lot during our stay of 2 days. He also decorated our room on special request for our anniversary. Definitely coming back here.

I went for a family vacation. The hotel staff is great but rooms are bit old touch. Resort has a Beautiful view and Ambience. I had to arrange a surprise birthday event for which the house keeping staff as well as the restaurant & it's cheff were very generous and planned it well. The hotel lacks lift, very inconvenient for elderly person. Overall it's good.

This hotel "was" probably a 5 star hotel couple of years ago. Now its a strictly a 2* hotel. The hotel needs major renovations. The room are in a very sad state. We booked 4 rooms including a studio room and the decor of rooms were pretty dated. All the furniture, sofa, beds are very very old and there's no proper maintenance. The bathrooms are equally bad as most of the accessories were almost in broken condition, the doors does not close properly. During our 2 nights stay, we had challenges with the service staff, no water in the bathrooms. The reception is closed from 11pm to 6am. The so-called restaurant can cater only to 3-4 ppl at a time. We were 14 of us and they took very long time to serve. They had only 1 menu card printed on A4 paper. When asked for more menu cards, they didn't have any. It takes hardly 10 rupees to print menu cards but they are least bothered about customer service. The hotel does not have direct beach access and you have walk 10-15 mins very steep downhill/uphill to reach the beach. I would strongly recommend anyone staying in this hotel till they fix the basic infrastructure and service.
