Rooms are very old. It's not worth it. Great staff and location. Wifi is not available in the rooms. Wifi is only available in the reception. This hotel is leased every few years, so it's not well maintained. Towels were also stained. The garden is not well maintained.

Very Poor and Pathetic Rooms. Good Beach Access. Good Food. Good Swimming Pool area. Kids Friendly property. Friendly and well behaved staffs.

The hotel location is the only saving grace, good view outside and very much near the lighthouse beach. The problem is with the rooms. Dust in the room is understandable due to its proximity to the sea but flies inside & under the linen is not acceptable. I'm writing this on behalf of my guests Mr Chirag who stayed at the hotel on 09 & 10 Nov. The hotel management has to look into the hygiene & cleanliness of the hotel. Its a good hotel but a few changes to the room quality will make it better

4 * * * * 1st star - Private beach 2nd star - Well maintained swimming pool. superb neat and clean. 3rd star - Tasty breakfast. Very polite and quick service. thanks. 4rth star - garden, location, reception staffs and ambience. Worth to pay only for the above points. Cons: 1. 20 years old property. 2. Tiny bathrooms and Poor WC 3. Fungus affected pillows 4. This property badly requires a refurbish 5. Old AC with poor maintenance

We had booked 2 seaview rooms. It was a great experience. Rooms were big and spacious balcony was there. We had an early flight next day so didn’t experience breakfast so can’t comment about food. Lighthouse Beach was on walkable distance. Other beaches also are on walkable distance only. There was a swimming pool and peacocks. There were hut stay as well but we had booked normal rooms. I was seating in my balcony at 1am. It was quite with sea waves roars and peacocks squawks. What an experience 😃 It was Amazing experience overall.
