I'm disappointed with the hotel's last-minute cancellation of my booking. These foolish people created unnecessary stress and inconvenience, forcing me to scramble for alternative accommodations. This lack of reliability has significantly impacted my overall experience. They are highly unreliable people.. Not recommended at all. 😡😡😡

Great location. I booked the D-Lux room with breakfast. Overall a good stay, without problems. Staff is kind and courteous. Rooms are clean. I was utterly disappointed to walk into a very hot room. Surprisingly the rooms do not have a central AC system. You’ll have to manually turn on the wall AC. The rooms do not offer dental kits by default, you’ll need to buy them. For breakfast, there are not a lot of options and you’ll find yourself crunched for space.

I had the worst experience ever with this service. I booked via corporate booking for a city view and luxury room, but they provided a different room that resembled an OYO. When I requested a room change, they did not provide an appropriate response. I want to inform my corporate team about this."

I had an amazing stay at this hotel where the employees were really nice, especially the room service provided by Ikramul. The hotel staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The service was top-notch, and the staff was there for every need of mine. The hotel was clean and had a fantastic old-time charm. The room was wonderful, clean, and the bed comfort could not be beaten which was done by Ikramul.. The hotel delivered flawless service, and the room-service staff provided guests exactly what they might expect from a stay at a luxury hotel. The hotel had a perfect location, and it was great to take advantage of it to walk to dinner, check out a couple of galleries, and meetings. Overall, I had a great experience with the luxury hotel, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a luxurious stay with excellent service.

I have got horrible experience staying at this hotel. they are fraudsters and cheaters. even after constant reminding they were not provided single bath towel . Staff behavior is so rude. they dont know how to talk with customers. there was a bad smell coming from room throughout our stay and guess what even after 10 calls they are not providing room fresheners. Bedsheets and blankets both are in dirty conditions. No housekeeping , dusty floor, bad smell , rude behavior . Please avoid staying at this hotel .
