Thank you for making our stay comfortable. The breakfast was great lots of variety. Only negative I found was that uneaten food and plates were left over night till about mid afternoon in the hallway which I had to ask them to remove and it also happened the next day. The staff were very friendly especially to my kids and welcoming .

Spacious rooms, fairly well maintained. Very basic food options in the restaurant, though taste is good. Had my apprehensions when I saw the gravy, but was pleasantly surprised at the lovely taste. Skilled Chef, no doubt! Good Service across the board for whatever you ask. Maybe a teeny bit more proactive engagement with guests will help quickly reach a service level where the guest does not really have to ask much or does feel comfortable in freely asking/engaging. This needs to be worked on... ...at multiple touchpoints/areas. Hence the 3 stars for service and yet 5 for overall institution. Work on this and you will be the best. Always assume, the guest may know nothing of your hotel, place, state etc.. That's why s/he is a "Guest". So it's very important that they feel that you understand this and want to help as many times, in whatever ways possible.

Rooms are not clean - unhygienic / rooms looks bigger at once give you the value for money but when u see their service . They are ignorant and remain in attitude that they don’t need business. Politeness is missing in working people here. It looks like they never smile. They don’t pays gratitude when u enter their hotel. It’s looking like they took customer for granted. Does not deserve to pay 4000 bucks for rooms. Also, the buffet does not match the quality standard. Only 1 person takes care and it looks like you are sitting in a marriage hall with covered tables and chairs. Unprofessional in many ways .
