Have stayed in the hotel multiple times. The staff has been very professional helpful all the time. The room was neat with clean linen. The hotel is located at prime location and easy to access. Always feels good to stay at this place. Enjoyed the stay and keep up the good hospitality

Rooms are small. Ordinary place. It's near the main market so that's a plus. Rest everything is just okay. There's nothing specifically wrong with the service or anything.. I'm just Rating it in comparison to the amount that i paid.

We took this hotel because it is so close to the college where we had business. Unfortunately our experience in the room was awful. The room was very dirty and uncleaned, the bedsheets were not clean. The Jetstream was of worst quality I have ever witnessed in India and there was hair in the shower sink. The hallway was very loud with workers and staff walking by literally all day. The staff was decent, especially the luggage man was very nice. But overall the room made our stay unenjoyable, hence selling it as "premium room". The place is by far not worth the money.
